Hinges and industry Specifications

Here’s an interesting BLOG POST from Dan McCourt at Southco, about hinges and (you guessed it) Industry Specifications.  While this article is a few months old now, it’s a very important aspect of any design.  Does your product need to meet certain IP, NEMA or NSF specifications or criteria?  Would you be concerned about picking something as simple as a hinge if it meant possibly spending thousands of dollars re-certifying your product?  Read the blog post!
