One of the great things about ASI (Adhesives Systems Inc) is that they can supply any of their products in any size you can imagine: from 1/2 oz. bottles to 50 gallon drums and just about everything in between.  That’s great to know, but how do you put that into practical use?  It’s great that you could reduce your company’s impact on the environment by using less packaging, and surely there’s a cost benefit to be had by ordering in bulk quantities, but it’s not practical to order a drum of adhesive if there’s no way to apply it easily.

There’s a simple solution!

We also offer a range of refillable containers, caps, and dispensing tips for all of our adhesives.  In fact, it’s a common practice for users of Cyanoacrylates (for example) to order in 1 lb bottles, and use 1oz or even 4oz bottles with disposable tips.

There are far more complex systems on the market for dispensing of adhesives (pneumatic pumps, for example) but in terms of a cost approach, refillable bottles are the simplest and most common method.
